After Hours Support
Your PhoneidoS dealer will provide you with level 1
support. If for any reason you can't reach your dealer,
you may call Crown International at 309/662-3303. We are
normally here from 9am to 9pm Central Time, M-F and sometimes on
the week-end. If you get our answering machine, please
leave a message with your name, name of your institution, which
PhoneidoS product you need help with and a short description of
the problem. Be sure the leave your contact phone number
and times you can be reached. Someone will attempt to
return your call ASAP.
